Floor and wall displays with display-facing cameras
For all supported cameras, we recommend installing the camera no further than 3.65m (12') from the projected surface in floor or wall installations where the camera will be pointed towards the display.
For floor installations, the camera should be installed centered directly above the display area or centered along the lengthwise edge of the display.
For high accuracy wall installations, the camera should be installed centered to the top edge of the display image.
If your camera is installed at an angle, it may interfere with the accuracy of the tracking.
NOTE: If you plan to use only ambient effects (like water ripples, scatters, or reveals) and the accuracy of the tracking is less important, you can move the camera back as far as 4.26m (14').
Wall or window displays with user-facing cameras
The camera should be installed centered above the image area, pointing back towards the user.
Table or bar displays
The recommended cameras do not track well at a range less than 1m (3'). Make sure your camera is installed at least 1.2m (4') from your display surface.
If you have a project that requires a larger image area or multiple cameras, please contact us.
