Using LUMOplay behind a firewall
If you are operating LUMOplay behind a firewall that blocks outbound traffic, you may need to whitelist some of our required addresses in order for the software to operate normally.
LUMOplay communicates over the standard HTTP/HTTPS protocols. So traffic will be on ports 80, and 443.
Domains to Allow
LUMOplay will require communication with our API servers at (https://api.lumoplay.com).
Additionally we have some requests that are made to our Amazon S3 storage for supporting files. App thumbnail images are aquired from (https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/games.lumoplay.com/).
If you wish to use the Motion Maker features in LUMOplay you will also need to be able to pull files from (https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/motionmaker.lumoplay.com/).
