Problem:

When I calibrate LUMOplay using my Windows Kinect I cannot see the white marks during the Mask Area step

What's causing the problem:

The Windows Kinect is a close relative of the Kinect for Xbox 360.  Unfortunately, the color camera built into the Windows Kinect is incompatible with LUMOplay.  For this reason, you can only ever see the raw depth/3D data from the Windows Kinect when calibrating.

Solution:

During the Mask Area step, have someone place their hands/feet on the corner markings, or use a box or other large object to mark the location of each corner and drag the corner markings onto the object.
