Deactivate your LUMOplay license

Deactivating your license will allow you to move the license to a different computer. It does not cancel your subscription. Click here if you want instructions to cancel your subscription.

1. Open your account dashboard

Log in to LUMOplay.com and click 'My account' in the top right dropdown menu.

2. Select the license you want to reset

Select the license you want to reset from your list of installations.

3. Deactivate the license

Click 'Deactivate the license'
