You can cancel your LUMOplay subscription at any time from your account dashboard at LUMOplay.com. Cancelled subscription licenses will continue to work until the end of the paid period.
1. Log in to LUMOplay.com and click 'My account'
2. Click 'Manage billing'
This will open the Stripe customer portal.
3. Click 'Cancel subscription' and confirm
4. Complete the exit survey (optional)
