LUMOplay licenses are activated using the email and password you created when you registered an account on LUMOplay.com. Activation keys are only provided through authorized resellers, so don't worry if you don't have one.
1. Open your account dashboard on LUMOplay.com
Go to your account dashboard on LUMOplay.com by logging in and clicking your name in the top right corner of the website.
2. Download the LUMOplay installer
3. Install LUMOplay
Make sure your computer meets our requirements.
4. Choose your language & accessibility options
If you don't see your language preference, let us know. We're happy to add new languages on request.
5. Sign in
Use the email address and password you created when you registered an account on LUMOplay.com.
6. Choose your license
You will see the license types you have available. Choose the one you want to use and click 'Next'.
Note: If you have an activation code, please visit this page to learn how to use it.
If your license is already in use, you will need to deactivate the license before transferring it to a new computer. You cannot deactivate or transfer LUMOplay Free.
7. Name your installation
Give your installation a name and description. This will help you identify the installation in your dashboard on LUMOplay.com, and also helps if you need support.
8. Information consent
You can choose to send us optional diagnostic information so we can see what kind of camera and computer you're using when you ask for help with your installation. This is really helpful, but it's not mandatory.
Click 'Next'.
Your LUMOplay license is active and ready to be calibrated!
