Please ensure you are using a Windows 8, 8.1or 10 machine and the sensor is plugged into a USB 3 port. USB 3 ports on your computer are often the color blue. It may also be marked on the outside of the port with either “SS” or “3.0.”
Your antivirus software might be blocking our software. You may need to whitelist our software and server.
Make sure that the Kinect drivers were installed correctly. Drivers can be downloaded from here
