Go to your Account Dashboard on LUMOplay.com to add or remove licenses, change your subscription tier, or switch your payment period between monthly or annual.
1. Log in to LUMOplay.com and click 'My account'
Go to https://www.lumoplay.com/login to log in. When you are logged in, open your account dashboard by clicking your username in the top-right corner of the LUMOplay web page.
2. Click 'Manage billing'
You will be redirected to the Stripe billing platform management page
3. Click 'Update subscription'
4. Change your subscription details
Add or remove licenses from your account and switch between monthly or annual payments.
Once you're done making changes, click 'Continue'.
5. Confirm your changes
This process requires an internet connection, and may take a few minutes to complete.
6. Return to LUMOplay.com
If you want to return to your dashboard, click 'Return to LUMO Interactive Inc.'.
