You can cancel your LUMOplay subscription at any time from your account dashboard at LUMOplay.com. Cancelled subscriptions will continue to work until the end of the paid period.
A notification is sent 7 days before your subscription renews, and refunds are not available if you forget to cancel your subscription, so it's important to make sure you receive your billing notifications from LUMOplay. If you aren't sure whether your billing email is correct, please contact us.
1. Log in to your account on LUMOplay.com
2. Go to your account dashboard
3. Locate the Account Subscription section in the dashboard
4. Click the "Cancel Subscription" button
5. In the pop-up dialog, click the "Cancel Subscription" button to confirm that you want to cancel your subscription
