Before you start, make sure you have already installed LUMOplay
When you first launch LUMOplay, you will be asked to activate your license. If you have not purchased any licenses, you may still activate the Free version.
1) Choose Language & Accessibility Options
Choose what language you want Lumo Play's text to appear in from the drop-down menu. You may also choose between light & dark themes, and enable high-contrast mode.
2) Log In
Enter your email address and password that you use to log into LUMOplay.com. If you do not have an account already, please register before proceeding.
If your computer uses a proxy server you may configure it by pressing the "Configure Proxy Settings" link. You will be asked to enter the IP address of the proxy server and the port used for HTTP(S) traffic.
3) Choose License
Choose the license you want to activate. Depending on your account you may have any of the following options:
- LUMOplay Free (available for all users)
- LUMO Playground
- LUMO Playmaker
- LUMOplay Pro (discontinued)
- LUMOplay Personal (discontinued)
- Reseller Preview
Select the appropriate license and click Next. If your license is already in use because you previously forgot to deactivate before uninstalling you will have the option to reset the previous installation:
4) Name Your Installation
Give your installation a name and description. This will help identify your installation in the user dashboard on LUMOplay.com.
5) Information Consent
Finally you will be asked whether or not you wish to allow LUMOplay to upload additional diagnostic information during use. This information helps us solve possible performance issues with LUMOplay, and helps guide our decisions for future features.
If you do not wish to send this information, simply select "No" and click Next.
Your LUMOplay installation is now active and ready to be calibrated!
