4.4.9
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a crash when closing LUMOplay while a Motion Maker template was still open.
- Fixed a crash when a game was skipped or stopped right after it started.
- Fixed a crash that could happen when capturing the zero-plane during calibration (for example by clicking the button twice).
- Camera seaming: setups now keep each camera's interpolation and zero-plane settings after LUMOplay restarts.
- Camera seaming: per-camera interpolation and gradient settings are saved when their windows are closed.
- Gradient sliders now work with Astra 2 and Gemini 2 / 2 XL cameras.
- Advanced calibration: for seamed setups, the interpolation and gradient controls are disabled. Set them per camera in the Seaming step instead.
- If LUMOplay can't reach the server while you deactivate or uninstall, it no longer silently removes your license. You can choose to keep it or deactivate anyway.
- If the server refuses a deactivation, you now see an error message and your license is left unchanged.
- A wrong password when deactivating now shows an error instead of closing the window. The uninstaller also lets you remove the license from this computer without signing in. Your license will need to be reset in the dashboard on the website.
- Cancelling deactivation during uninstall no longer makes the deactivation window reappear.
- LUMOplay now closes after you deactivate your license. Start it again to reactivate a new one.
- Deactivating or uninstalling now also removes downloaded Motion Maker templates and old thumbnail caches, potentially freeing up several GB of disk space.
- If LUMOplay is missing a file it needs, such as a Visual C++ runtime or camera driver files, it now says which component is missing and asks you to run the full LUMOplay installer, instead of crashing with a generic error.
- If LUMOplay's program files don't match each other (for example after an antivirus or IT tool restored an old file), LUMOplay now names the file and asks you to reinstall.
- Fixed an issue with playlist games sometimes being force-closed several times or skipping an extra game when their play time ran out.
- Login and deactivation screens: long emails or passwords no longer stretch the input box or push the layout off screen.
- Apps library search now has a clear (X) button.
- Searching when creating playlists now updates your library correctly, without having to restart LUMOplay.
- Typing quickly in the Apps and playlist search boxes is smoother, and the cursor no longer jumps out of place.
- Fixed Game Gallery playlists where some games (e.g. Ball Pit, Hopscotch) started hidden behind the gallery screen.
- Remote deactivation from the LUMOplay dashboard now shows one clear message on top of any running game, and LUMOplay closes when you click OK. Deactivation completes even if the connection drops right after. This message can no longer be dismissed by accidentally clicking outside it.
- Fixed a crash when closing the calibration wizard before a camera was chosen.
- When LUMOplay asks whether to stop a running game to install its update, clicking outside the message no longer stops the game and starts the update. Only pressing Yes does.
- Lower background CPU use: the memory graph in Preferences > Games now only updates while that page is open.
- Pressing Stop while a game is still loading now stops it. The game no longer opens afterwards.
- Fixed an issue with the first game sometimes being skipped when a playlist was started right after stopping another one.
- Intel RealSense cameras: the advanced camera settings (exposure, laser power, gain, gamma and others) now actually reach the camera and are saved with your calibration. Cameras you have never adjusted keep their current picture. These settings are only found in the Advanced Calibration menu.
- Added missing translations for all 10 supported languages and fixed several mistranslations and lost line breaks.
- Updated the Help button in the first step of calibration to link to a more relevant section of our help site.
