Before you start, go to your account dashboard on LUMOplay.com by logging in and clicking your name in the top right corner of the website. Download the LUMOplay installer, and install LUMOplay.

When you first launch LUMOplay, you will be asked to activate your license.  If you have not purchased a subscription, you can activate LUMOplay Free.

1) Language & accessibility options

Choose what language you prefer. You may also choose between light & dark themes, and enable high-contrast mode.

2) Sign in

Enter the email address and password that you use to sign in to LUMOplay.com.

ADVANCED: If your computer uses a proxy server, you can configure it by pressing the "Configure Proxy Settings" link. Enter the IP address of the proxy server and the port used for HTTP(S) traffic.

3) Choose your license

Note: If you have an activation code, please visit this page to learn how to use it.

Choose your license type.  Depending on your subscription you will have any of the following options:

• LUMOplay Free (available for all users for 1 installation per person)
• LUMO Playground
• LUMO Playmaker

Select the appropriate license type and click Next.  If your license is already in use, you will need to deactivate the license before transferring it to a new computer. You cannot transfer LUMOplay Free.

4) Name your installation

Give your installation a name and description. This will help you identify the installation in your dashboard on LUMOplay.com, and also helps if you need support.

5) Information consent

You can choose to send us optional diagnostic information. This information does not include personally identifying information, and helps our team make LUMOplay better, and helps guide our decisions for future features.

If you don't want to share this information, select "No" and click Next.

Your LUMOplay subscription is now active and ready to be calibrated!
