Our Reseller Program provides discounts and incentives to value added resellers like systems integrators, manufacturers, and audio-visual installation companies.
Who can apply?
To become an approved reseller, your company must demonstrate its ability to provide exceptional value-add solutions or services such as hardware supply and support and/or installation services. To be considered, you must have:
- a page on your website dedicated to promoting LUMOplay and featuring a case study with a video or photos of at least one successful installation featuring LUMOplay. This can be an installation in your business, or a client project, but it must be a complete installation with a paid license (not LUMOplay Free).
- an online contact form or contact email from the registered domain of your business.
Customer trust is extremely important to us. We do not prohibit companies from offering similar or competitive solutions, but you must make a clear distinction between the solutions on your website.
We will not consider companies who use graphics or videos from multiple solutions or brands interchangeably, or who use AI images, concept art, or images or videos from companies or projects that they do not officially represent or whose solutions they do not directly offer, on their website or on any promotional material.
What do Resellers get?
- The ability to generate and sell subscription activation codes to ship with hardware solutions powered by LUMOplay.
- Pay a discounted fee per activation, with further discounts for bulk activations, allowing resellers to charge a lower price than we do.
- Pass along LUMOplay subscription to their clients, or activate codes on their clients' behalf and charge recurring annual or monthly maintenance fees for software and content management services.
