Software and Games
LUMOplay offers a free license so you can test the software and sample games before making your purchase. Please make sure you try the software before you buy it, because under normal circumstances, LUMOplay software and games are non-refundable.
If you purchased a subscription within the past 5 business days and your software has not been downloaded or activated, you may contact us and provide your LUMOplay email address, date of purchase, and receipt for a refund.
There are no refunds on software that has been activated, or on purchases made more than 5 business days prior to the request.
Eligible refunds are processed within 5 business days, and may take 2-4 weeks to appear in your account.
Custom orders are non-refundable. Please make sure you've reviewed the project description provided with your estimate carefully before paying for a custom order to ensure that the project details, delivery date, and all other information is correct.
You will be permitted up to 3 change requests within 5 business days of the delivery of your game. Change requests are adjustments to speed, volume, and/or basic particle behaviour, and do not include new code development or significant changes to the game style or interactions.
