Pass the parcel floor game
Answered- A floor game that tracks player movement and could be used for pass-the-parcel. Music and visuals stop at random intervals and alert if any movement is detected during the pause phase.

What happens when movement is detected? I don't recall their being a consequence or punishment for this in pass the parcel - the main thing is that the parcel isn't passed when the music is off.
If you want a game where music randomly starts and stops but there's no other interaction, there's no need to use an expensive interactive projection floor system for this. Please let me know if there's a digital game component that I'm missing here.

Hey Meg, yes, it's probably overkill to use the LumoPlay system for a game like this because you're right, there would be no consequence for movement after the music stops. I was thinking of including this as part of a package of other party games that would all run on the projector system so we wouldn't need to switch between systems to play all the games.
