Could you create a dirty/clean teeth app?

I was wondering if would be possible to create an app with a a mouth full of teeth, which are dirty at the beginning and - after some motion (like brushing) - clean and shiny? This would better motivate children to brush their teeth often enough.

  Hi Rainer! Thank you for the great suggestion. I've put together storyboards and we'll develop this game in the next week or so. We've designed something gender neutral that will help children learn how long they should brush their teeth for (2 minutes). This game will work for floors, walls, and touchscreens and will include bubble particles that appear as they move, as well as the gradual disappearance of germs and dirt. As long as they keep moving around, they will continue seeing progress and they'll be rewarded at the end with a very happy creature who has clean teeth.

  If they don't complete the two minutes, the game will reset to the beginning (there is no 'lose' state in this game, since it's just designed to give kids a better sense of how long they should brush for).
