Colour Coder - Coding/Logic Game
CompletedThis is a game for children to introduce logic or basic coding concepts. The game starts with a simple sequence made up of four shapes. The player must choose the next correct shape in the sequence. There is a time limit to choose the correct shape. Choosing the correct shape allows the player to move to the next screen. The next screen shows slightly more complex sequence made up of the same shapes. The player must choose the next correct shape. The next screen shows a more complex sequence. The player now must choose the net two correct shapes. The next screen also has the player choose the next two correct shapes. After this, the player now needs to add the next three correct shapes, and then the next four correct shapes (two screens each to select one, two, three and then four correct shapes).
After selecting the correct shapes to match the sequence, the player now has to create their own, starting with two shapes, then three and finally four.
An incorrect selection means the player cannot progress. Three incorrect selections means the end of the game.
I have a powerpoint concept if there is a possibility to attach or send it.

Sorry this has taken so long to get to... we're well on our way to finishing the game, though! Here are some initial screenshots of our concept work.

We expect this game to be publicly available by the end of the summer. :)
