Since I can create a simple _spotlight_, as not every file is editable like _Sci-fi Floor_, I would like to use practically the same project, but instead of stars and plasma just simulate a _spotlight_ following who passes by.

  Hi Kleber! The Sci Fi floor is a particle effect, so you can use the 'Particles Appear' template for this. I recommend making a single circular png as the particle, spawning many of them, and limiting the speed and spread so they follow movement of people on your effect very closely. This will create something like what you've described.

  I want to take out the particles and just stick with the circle in plasma, that's all. Do I think it would be the right trial?
