How to cancel your subscription

If you have an active Playground or Playmaker subscription, you can cancel it by following these steps:

1. Log in to your account on LUMOplay.com

2. Click on your email address in the upper-right corner to go to the account dashboard

3. Locate the Account Subscription section in the dashboard

4. Click the "Cancel Subscription" button

5. In the pop-up dialog, click the "Cancel Subscription" button to confirm that you want to cancel your subscription
