How to sell LUMOplay
If your company rents or sells hardware, or provides installation services, LUMOplay is a great value-add. Please make sure you're familiar with LUMOplay's Best Practices before you sell systems powered by LUMOplay.
Option 1 - Your customer manages their own account and installation.
Best for hardware companies and long term installations without a managed service contract.
Sell a system with the LUMOplay installer downloaded and a shortcut on the desktop, and instruct your customers to register a free account, and purchase a subscription if they choose to.
Option 2 - You manage your customer's account and installation.
Best for rental systems, short term installations, and installations that include managed services.
Purchase and install a subscription on behalf of your customer. If the subscription is for an event, you can pay monthly and cancel the subscription at the end of the event. If it is a long-term installation with managed services, you can provide remote content creation, management, and software updates as part of your service agreement.
