If your Lumo Play software is offline, you can continue playing your Subscription games and Motion Maker games until your next billing cycle.
At the end of your billing cycle, you will need to reconnect your Lumo Play software to the internet so we can verify your subscription. Once your subscription is verified, you can continue playing offline again.
If your subscription has expired or been suspended, you will need to reactivate the subscription before you can access the games.
