Is your camera not working anymore?
If your sensor or camera has moved, if your installation is not reacting to movement well, or if you changed your equipment setup, you will need to recalibrate your Lumo Play software.
To do this click on the hamburger menu in the top left-hand corner of the Lumo Play Application and select "Calibration"
Follow along with the calibration wizard in the software or here if you need more information on calibrating.
For making small corrections, e.g. fixing the corners of the mask, you can also press F2 to open the fast calibration screen:
This screen combines several of the steps from the calibration wizard into a single screen. You can adjust the sliders to fine-tune the camera's performance, adjust the masking, flip the video stream, and reset the object detection all from the same place.
