How to reset a lost password

If you've forgotten your LUMOplay password but you remember your email address, follow these steps to regain access to your account:

1. Go to the login page
   
   
2. Click Forgot my password 
3. Enter the email address you use for LUMOplay and click Reset Password
4. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password

If you still cannot reset your password for some reason please contact us from the email address associated with your account with the subject line 'Password Reset Request'.

For security purposes, we ask you to verify account ownership by emailing us from the specific email address on file for the account in question. We cannot process a password request sent from a web form. The safety of your LUMOplay account is our top priority, and we request this information to help protect your privacy, information, and content.
