Before un-installing or transferring any version of the Lumo Play software, you have to deactivate your license.
Deactivating will free up your license and allow you to move your license and install it on a new computer.
1) Launch your Lumo Play software on your computer.
2) Click the Menu drop-down button and select 'Deactivate'.

If you're having trouble deactivating your license you can click here to request a manual license deactivation. Make sure you contact us from the email address associated with your Lumo Play license.
If you have multiple installations, make sure you include the name of the installation(s) you want to deactivate.
