Using a LUMOplay promotion code

You can redeem a promotion code when first signing up for a new subscription or when modifying your subscription. Note that some codes only apply to first-time purchases.

Redeeming a promotion code with a new subscription

1. Select your desired subscription tier on the Pricing page.

2. Enter the number of licenses you want to buy, and select your term (monthly or yearly).

3. Select "Add promotion code" link on the checkout page. Once that has been done, you can fill out the rest of your payment details and finish the checkout.

Redeeming a promotion code when updating a subscription

To add a promotion code while updating your subscription, follow instructions for changing your subscription:
